Voxel Art: PPSh-41 | Pistolet-Pulemyot Shpagina

My second 3D voxel model: the Russian PPSh-41 submachinegun! This work was slightly not as complicated in detail as the MP44, although it was equally or even more frustrating (doubling the model exposed positional flaws which required shifting of specific areas, especially the barrel and barrel frame). However, it was fun, and I am immensely proud of my work.

Since learning to use After Effects CS4, I've made a video (well swf) of the model, so you can see it in it's full glory.

I would appreciate an opinion as to whether you prefer it as a still poster (like my MP44) or an animated model (this one).

Oh and just saying, the reason I put the full name of the gun is because I like to be precise and technical. No, it does not mean I know a lot about the gun.
